About This Turmeric
Our turmeric is sourced directly from trusted farming clusters in Madhya Pradesh and neighbouring turmeric belts, where fingers are sun-cured to lock in colour and curcumin before they reach our facility in Bhopal. Each lot is cleaned, de-stoned and tested for moisture, then ground in temperature- controlled pulverisers so the essential oils are not lost to heat — this is what keeps the aroma warm and earthy rather than flat. Grinding, sieving and filling happen in an enclosed, food-grade line handled by gloved staff, and every pouch is nitrogen-flushed style sealed within hours of grinding. The result is a fine, free-flowing haldi with a deep golden tone that blooms instantly in hot oil, making it ideal for everyday Indian cooking — from a simple tadka to festive gravies.
