Our story
Aahar Amrit began in 1998 as a small chakki in Bhopal, grinding haldi and mirch for the families of our neighbourhood. Three decades later we still grind in small batches — only now in an enclosed, food-grade facility that supplies kirana stores, restaurants and homes across India.
We buy directly from farming clusters in Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan and Gujarat, which lets us pay farmers fairly and reject lots that do not meet our colour, moisture and aroma standards. Nothing is bulked out with fillers, nothing is brightened with synthetic colour, and nothing sits in storage for seasons. That is the whole promise.
